Jerry Douglas Brite was born September 24, 1947 to Hazel Donelle Owen Brite and Lloyd Carlton Brite.
[Passed away on February 22, 2017.] He had one sibling, a brother, Cliff Brite. They were a family of modest means, but rich in love for each other.
Jerry leaves his wife, Charlotte June Brite, who loved him so, and he loved her as much as well, his son, Travis Brite, his daughter, Trisha Brite, his stepson John Berry, 5 grandchildren Dailey, Dalton, Kenya, Kayla, and Jayden. 1 step-grandson Connor Berry, 1 sister-in-law Regina Brite, and 2 brother-in-law's James Melvin Murphy and William Kraft and of course not forgetting his precious darling little dog "Little Buddy", whom he left to me, his wife and whom I absolutely love and cherish.
And of course many, many friends who are going to miss him as well.
Jerry graduated from Thomas A. Edison in San Antonio in 1966 and went onto graduate from Texas A& M in College Station in 1970 with 2 degrees as an Environmental Biologist.
Jerry was the "light of my life" and the "love of my love". I will miss him all the rest of my life. We had something very special and we both knew it.
Jerry was a very sweet, kind hearted and loving man. It was the "simple things in life" he treasured the most.
Jerry died February 22, 2017 and went to be with his Heavenly Father in Heaven, didn't you sweet heart.
Rest now my darling until we see each other again.
