Ross Travis LightfootFuneral services for Ross Travis Lightfoot, 23, of Silsbee will be 2 pm Sunday, February 19, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Silsbee with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
Ross passed away February 15, 2017 in College Station.
Born in Beaumont, Ross was a lifetime resident of Silsbee. He graduated from Silsbee High School and was a senior at Texas A&M University, College Station, set to graduate in May with a degree in computer engineering with a minor in math. Ross was a member of Westgate Church of Christ in Beaumont.
He is survived by his father Donald Ray Lightfoot Jr of Vidor; mother Veronica Gayle Luna Lightfoot of Silsbee; grandparents Matt and Gayle Luna of Silsbee and Alice and Don Lightfoot Sr of Vidor; sister Victoria Gayle Lightfoot of Silsbee; brother Kevin Ray Lightfoot of Silsbee; aunts and uncles Ron Luna of Silsbee, Lisa Thompson and late husband Donald Thompson of Silsbee, Ernest Lightfoot of Philadelphia PA, Richard Lightfoot of Beaumont and Jerry Lightfoot and wife Julie of Vidor; and numerous cousins.
Ross was a wonderful son, grandson and brother and will be dearly missed by his loving family and many friends.
