Stephen A. Griscom
Stephen "Steve" Griscom passed away December 23, 2016 at his residence in Tomball, Texas. He was born on November 4, 1960 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Steve is preceded in death by his brother, John Griscom. He is survived by his loving wife, Carrie J. Griscom;
sons, Alex and Ian Griscom; daughters, Samantha and Alyson Griscom; parents, Rodman Griscom, III and Annette Griscom; brother, Rodman Griscom IV and wife Elisa; and numerous more relatives and friends. Steve was a wonderful husband and father for the last
28 years. Steve was smart, hardworking, kind and loyal. He spent his weekends playing golf with friends, shooting pool (mostly at the Dixie Chicken) hosting crawfish boils and cooking out with his family and friend. Along with his wife, Carrie, Steve raised
four children of whom he could not be more proud. He was fortunate to put two of those children through A&M and help them both graduate from his alma matter. His sense of humor was infectious and he loved nothing more than to share a beer and tell stories.
He was a member of the Aggie class of 1986, where he majored in Industrial Distribution. He spent the last 10 years creating and successfully growing his own equipment distribution company. With his wife Carrie he has also spent the last 28 years raising four
children. His family and close friends describe him as the smartest man they have ever known. He was always willing to help others solve a problem or with a project, which showcased his love of building and creativity. He will be deeply missed by everyone
who knew him.
