John William Bushaw
1941-2016
John W Bushaw passed away on Nov 25, 2016. He was born in Grand Forks, ND to William and Tressa Bushaw on March 11, 1941.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father and sister Marie.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Joyce whom he married July 14, 1967; daughter Sherryl and her husband Harvey; sons Bill and Daniel; grandson Travis; sisters Terry Clark and her husband Paul, Margie Graber and Skip Schlenk; brother in law Herb Porter and his wife Shirley; special friends Lou and Maree Carvelli; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
He retired as a Colonel with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and was proud of his 35 years of service including 2 tours in Vietnam.
He graduated from Texas A & M in 1971 and became a Professional Engineer.
He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister.
Services with held Thursday, Dec 1, 2016 at 1pm at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in the St. Mary's Chapel.
