Glenn Alan Wright passed away on Saturday, November 19th 2016. Born in San Antonio, Texas on September 7th 1963, Glenn spent his childhood in Michigan, Texas, and graduated from Dunwoody High School in Georgia. Glenn received his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M in 1986 and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. While at A&M, Glenn met and married the love of his life, Jeanna on November 22nd, 1986. This marked the beginning of a 30-year marriage filled with love, laughter, and adventures with their three children; Brittany, Heather, and Ross. As the entertainer of the family from an early age, Glenn's presence always lit up the room with his fun loving personality and joking nature. His drive for success and competitive spirit throughout life fueled his love of wrestling and playing soccer. As an adult, Glenn's personality of always striving for new challenges paved the way for a successful career spanning over 30 years at Union Carbide and Dow Chemical. Above all, Glenn's most admirable trait was his unwavering dedication and love for his family. Whether it was watching his son's soccer games, his daughters' numerous dance recitals, or seeing milestones his granddaughter reached, Glenn's pride and love for his family was above all else, and is remembered by his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Jeanna Wright; children, Brittany Rueber and husband Jeffrey, Heather Wright, Ross Wright; grandchildren, Cecilia Rueber, Annalise Rueber (due January 2017); siblings Rick Wright and wife Martha, Cathy Hopkins and husband David, Carolee Byrd and husband Cameron; he is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, and 10 great nieces and nephews.
