Louis Joseph Quam
Louis Joseph Quam, age 88, died peacefully Monday, August 11th [2014] in his home with his family and close friends at his side. Lou was the only child of Louis B and Edra Jernigan Quam. He was born in Eastland, TX January 25, 1926. Served in the Merchant Marines
during World War II. Graduated from the University of Texas and was a long term employee and officer at Hughes Tool. Lou is survived by his wife Amanda Fleetwood Moore Quam, 3 children Amanda Deal, Tom (Mary) Moore, and Carl (Brenda) Moore as well as 6 grandchildren
and 4 great grandchildren. The service for Lou will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday August 14th in Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX.
