Mark Yeager, 65 years old of Seabrook, TX passed away October 21st. Mark was born in New Orleans on May 18th, 1950 moving to Houston when he was 10. He was a 1973 graduate of Texas A&M.
Mark had many talents but first and foremost, he was a musician. He could almost always be found composing and playing his piano. He loved to play for anyone who would listen and had recently produced a children's CD for his granddaughter.
When he wasn't playing music you could find Mark in the kitchen whipping up some authentic BBQ, Crawfish Etouffee or his own unique creations.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Gretta; daughters Elysia and Phoebe; granddaughter Olivia and many siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother Alice Christine; father John Glenn; brother Paul and son Jonathan. A memorial service will be held November 5th and the family asks that donations be made toward a stained glass window at St. Thomas the Apostle (memo: in memory of Mark Yeager).

He was married to Gretta.

A private memorial service for family and close friends will be held on Saturday November 5th at St. Thomas the Apostle.We have decided to purchase a stained-glass window that will go in the new Chapel they are building.

Mark Yeager, 65 years old of Seabrook, TX passed away October 21st, 2016.
Mark was born in New Orleans on May 18th, 1950 to the late John Glenn and Alice Christine Yeager, he was their second child. Mark spent his childhood in New Orleans moving to Houston when he was 10. He was an extremely intelligent man shoving four years into six years at Texas A&M graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and Bioengineering in 1973 the following year he received his Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering.
Mark had many talents. He was a musician at heart and could often be found composing and playing his piano at any given time. Mark loved to play his piano for friends, family, and anyone who would stop to listen. He had recently produced a cd of children’s songs for his granddaughter.
Mark was the perfect blend of Louisianan and Texan, no better place to see this was in the kitchen. His barbecue could rival that of any barbecue joint in the state. He would lovingly prepared étouffée, gumbo, and any other Cajun dish that his family may request.
Mark is survived by his wife of 43 years, Gretta, daughters Elysia and Phoebe and his granddaughter Olivia, his siblings Peter, Jan Yeager, step mother Jean McConkey Arthur, step
siblings Alison, Dogan, Susan, James Arthur, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is proceeded in death by his mother and father, brother Paul, and son Jonathan.
