WILLIAM (BILLY) H. EARNST, 49, passed away Monday, July 14, 2008 at his home in The Woodlands, Texas. Billy was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on October 14, 1958, living in the Aransas Pass/Ingleside area until he graduated from Ingleside High School and then enrolled in Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, where he graduated with a degree in Engineering Technology. Billy lived his adult life in the Houston, Texas area where he was employed for many years as Regional Sales Manager of Pepperl and Fuch, traveling extensively outside the U. S. He was presently employed with G. R. Birdwell Company, Katy, Texas.
A devout Christian and member of Spring Baptist Church, Billy was quick to share his Christian faith. In addition to sharing his faith, he loved to laugh and enjoyed good music and dancing.
Spending time with family was most important in his life and he lived for the moments he spent with his children, James Ryan, 18, Rachel Elizabeth, 14, and Reagan Dean, 13. In addition to his three children, Billy is survived by his parents Billy Norman and Sylvia Dean Earnst of Aransas Pass, Texas; brother, James Thomas Earnst and nephew, Zachary of San Antonio, Texas; his beloved niece, Samantha Megan Earnst of Corpus Christi, Texas; aunt, Shirley Jean Oubre and family of San Antonio, Texas.
Visitation and a funeral service were held on July 18 & 19 at Charlie Marshall Funeral Home, Aransas Pass, Texas. Interment followed at Praire View Cemetery in Aransas Pass, Texas.
