DWAYNE ERWIN BIEHUNKO
SHINER - Dwayne Erwin Biehunko, age 57, passed away suddenly Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
He was born December 30, 1958 in Shiner to Erwin and Gladys Tupa Biehunko.
He graduated as salutatorian from Shiner High School in 1977 and went on to graduate from Texas A & M with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1982. He worked with his parents at their business, Biehunko Plumbing , Heating and Water Well Services. He had
a great interest in water wells, windmills and cisterns. After his father's death in 2007, he became owner of Biehunko Water Well Services and continued to work for the City of Shiner.
Survivors are his wife of 20 years, Charlene Melnar Biehunko of Shiner; his mother, Gladys Tupa Biehunko of Shiner; sister, Gayle Sette and husband Thomas of Tucson, Arizona; step-children, Deanna Holub Lambert and husband Steven and their children, Alyssa
and Corey Lambert all of Magnolia and Rev. Darrin Holub and wife Kim and their children Isaac Holub and Jacob Holub and wife Brittney all of Somerville; one niece, Dr. Megan Sette of San Antonio.
Preceded in death by his father Erwin Biehunko in 2007.
Visitation 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2016 at Thiele Cooper Funeral Home.
Rosary 9:30 a.m., Saturday, May 28, 2016 with Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church with Rev. Kirby Hlavaty officiating. Burial will be held at a later date.
