John graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution, was a member of Chi Phi fraternity and worked for Pacific Grinding Wheel Company. Above all else, John was devoted to his wife and children-loving them unconditionally, enjoying spending time with them, and always letting them know how proud he was of them. John had a love of life and a contagious sense of humor-always smiling and was the life of any party. To all who knew him, John was larger than life. John is survived by his wife, Lorrie Anne Wilson Kelly, his daughter, Mackenzie Tate Kelley, and son, Mason Alexander Kelley, all of the home father, William Kelley of Longview TX brother Lance Kelley of Austin, TX nieces Makayla and Lola Kelley of Austin, TX grandmother, Annette Rizzo of Longview, TX parents-in-law, Duane and Mary Ann Wilson of Oklahoma City and brother-in-law, Ladd Wilson of Oklahoma City. John was preceded in death by his mother, Joanne Rizzo Kelley, and grandfather, Luke Joe Rizzo. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm on December 17, 2008, and the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on December 18, 2008. Both services will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, of which John was an active parishioner. Honorary pall bearers are Ladd Wilson, Rich Wilkins, Clay Hopkins, Keith Sackett, Allen Staples and David Thompson. Altar servers for the Funeral Mass will be Nick Staples, Ali Marino, Sam Marino and Cole Hopkins. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations may be made to the Kelley Family Trust Fund which has been established to benefit John's children at Bank of Oklahoma, Junior League of Oklahoma City, The Kelley Family Fund, and Christ the King Church.
