Mr. Robert S. Ratcliff
January 15, 1951 - April 28, 2016

Robert Steven Ratcliff, born January 15, 1951 in Houston, TX passed away after a lengthy battle with Parkinson’s Disease on April 28, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, the 4th of May at Nobles Funeral Chapel, with internment to follow in the Fanthorp Family Cemetery in Anderson. Rev. Mac Vaughn will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Robert’s early years were spent in Houston but the family moved to Dallas where he attended Marsh Junior High and then W.T. White High School, class of 1969. He then went to Texas A & M, graduating with a degree in Industrial Engineering in 1973. Robert enjoyed being a scratch golfer and going hunting in his spare time. His true passion was riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycles and attending numerous bike events including multiple trips to Sturgis. Robert retired from Aztec Facility in 2014.
Robert is survived by his daughter Caren Berger and husband Eric; son Chris Ratcliff and wife Christy; daughter Robyn Garcia and husband J.R.; grandchildren Avery, Samantha, Molly, Lila, Bryn, and Mac; and his sister Kathleen Ratcliff Wourms. Robert is preceded in death by his loving parents John and Pat Ratcliff; his uncle Jim Ratcliff; and his brother-in-law Jim Wourms.
