July 4, 1937-Nov. 28, 2014

William Brooks Gallman II, born on July 4, 1937, passed away on November 28, 2014 at the age of 77 with his family by his side.



His parents Opal Killen Gallman and William B. Gallman preceded him in death.



Brooks is survived by his wife of 54 years, Michele; by sons Kendall, of New Orleans, La; Steven of Fort Wayne, Ind; granddaughter Taylor of Kiefer, Ok; brother David of Houston, Tx; and by many well loved Gallman cousins and their spouses and children, all of whom looked up to him as a big brother and a true gentleman.



A memorial service will be held Saturday Dec. 6th, 2pm in the Sanctuary of First United Methodist Church, 12th & Lavaca.



In lieu of flowers, please honor Brooks' love for nature and the environment by making a contribution to the Environmental Defense Fund, the Nature Conservancy, or the World Wildlife Federation.

      Worked as Water Resource Specialist for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in Ephrata, WN; Albuquerque, NM; Amarillo, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; and Austin, TX. 
     Survived by wife of 54 years Michele, sons Kendall and Steven, grandchildren Taylor and Corey, and brother David.
