Justin Gabriel King
(July 1, 1977 - January 17, 2015)
Justin Gabriel King, 37, of Cypress, Texas, passed away unexpectedly the morning of January 17, 2015.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Alex and Mildred Collier, and Henry C. King, Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Marie (Katie) and beautiful daughter, Madison Ellen. He is also survived by his parents Mr. & Mrs. Hank King; sister Alexis King-Vasquez, brother Duque King (Sheri), his in-laws Mr. & Mrs. James W. Puig, brother-in-law Jay Puig (Elva), sisters-in-law Stephanie Puig & Maggie Puig-Penuel (Geoff); and grandparents Ellen Jean King and Colonel Thomas Wise Riley.
A native Houstonian, Justin was a proud Eagle Scout and a 1995 graduate of Klein High School. He attended and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 and later earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005. For sixteen years, Justin worked as a program manager at Hewlett-Packard Company where he was highly regarded by his colleagues. In recent years, he was co-owner of TBM (Three Blind Mice) Photography and was a realtor. Justin enjoyed fishing, Aggie football, and playing for the Fort Bend Storm, a semi-pro football team. He also loved spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and many friends both personal and professional. Those that knew Justin best would remember him as a loving and devoted husband and father, an avid Aggie, a man of his word, and having a knack with computers and an eye for taking pictures.
We invite you to join us in celebrating his life on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 11507 Huffmeister Rd., Houston, Texas, 77065. A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by a mass at 11:00 a.m.
In remembrance of Justin, donations can be made to save the Ridley Sea Turtles at http://www.seaturtles.org.
