George Coy Molteni died Friday July 25 at the age of 86. George was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Texas A&M University. Following graduation from A&M, George served in the United States Air Force in Korea and was later stationed at Randolph Air Force Base. After completing a Masters Degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in the early eighties, George worked as a medical social worker at a local hospital and later in an oncology office. George felt this was the fulfillment of his real calling. George is preceded in death by his beloved wife Merry. He is survived by sons David and Tony Molteni; granddaughter Kaitlyn Molteni; step daughter, Nancy Wilson; step granddaughter Hannah Wilson; stepson, William Loomis and wife Jeannie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
