DAVID SMITH WYCKOFF (Class of 1956). David (aka RAMBO) was promoted face to face with His Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, on June 22, 2014, while living in Rochester MN. David was a faithful student of the Word of God and a loyal "Fight'n Texas Aggie." While at Texas A&M, he studied the Bible under his uncle, Rev. Arthur M. Smith, of the Aggie Bible Association. He is survived by two siblings: his brother, John Roger Wyckoff (Concord, CA) and his sister, Sharon Wyckoff Garcia (Heredia, Costa Rica); six children: Cynthia Stringer Matherne (Pearland, TX); Georgette Wyckoff Morse (League City, TX), David Madison Wyckoff (Alvin, TX), Lisa Wyckoff Suggs (Baytown, TX), Timothy Andrew Wyckoff (Webster, TX) and Charles Edward Wyckoff of El Paso, TX; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and three Aggie cousins: John Robert Smith, Richard Allen Smith and James Bradley Smith. Looking forward to giving him a great big "Howdy, sir" in heaven.
