William Bradley Parker
March 5, 1942 - July 11, 2014

William Bradley Parker, age 72, went to be with the Lord on July 11, 2014 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He was born on March 5, 1942 in Fort Worth, TX. He was a proud U.S. Army Captain serving in the Airborne National Guard. He was in the Corp. from 1961-65 at Texas A&M University and graduated in 1965.He later retired from SAWS (San Antonio Water System). William loved to play tennis, golf, gardening and traveling. He was an Eagle Scout with the Order of the Arrow. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle who will be dearly missed. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lt. Col. R.M. & Mary Louise Parker. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carole Parker; 2 children, William Tyler Parker and Margaret Parker Suther & husband Andrew; 3 grandchildren, Dustin, Isabella and Alexander; brother, Paul Parker; sister, Cynthia Vance; numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. 

The Funeral Service will be 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Christ Lutheran Church, 6720 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78209. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with Military Honors.
