EGLOFF, JACK DONALD passed away Monday, May 3, 2004, in Dallas. Born January 7, 1925, in Paris, Texas, son of Harry W. and Ethel N. Egloff. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth King Egloff, and sister, Mary Frances Cremer. He is survived by his daughter, Ellen Egloff Johnston and his son-in-law James, his beloved grandson Mason, several nieces and friends too numerous to mention. He graduated from Paris High School and Texas A&M University. He served with the Navy during World War II, was a CPA, a partner of Peat, Marwick, and Mitchell, and CFO of Glenn Justice Mortgage Company. Member Schreiber Memorial United Methodist Church, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Burial service Thursday, May 6, 2004, 1:00 p.m. Clarksville, Texas. Memorial service Friday, May 7, 2004, 10:00 a.m. Schreiber Memorial United Methodist Church, 4525 Rickover Drive, Dallas, Texas, Rev. Russell S. Floyd and Don Yeager officiating. The family wishes to thank the dedicated nurses and staff of Vitas. Memorials may be made to Schreiber Memorial United Methodist Church.
