James Goodson
Goodson, James E. James E. Goodson, 92, of Lewisville passed away February 21, 2014. Jim served as an officer in the Armed Forces during WWII from 1943 to 1946, during which time he married his beloved wife,Lorayn, before being deployed to the Philippine Islands. He graduated from Texas A&M and worked for Sun Oil Co. as a petroleum engineer for 37 years. Jim and Lorayn were married for nearly 70 years and are survived by their three children,Janci, Shannon and John; granddaughters Shauna and Eryn; and great grandson Matthew. Jim will be remembered as a loyal and devoted husband, loving father and a good friend to all who knew him.Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation in Lewisville,TX.
