Ordering Policy

The Aggie Ring must be ordered at the Ring Office, 2nd floor, Clayton Williams Jr. Alumni Center in person, by mail or fax.

All applicable blanks must be completed and your signature obtained, since all order information must be submitted in writing. Failure to properly complete the order form will result in your having to send further information by mail or fax, which may result in a price increase and delay in receipt of your ring.
Only one Ring may be ordered. If you receive more than one degree from Texas A&M University, you may order a ring for either year.
Ring orders are not accepted for deceased individuals.
