A&M-led Research Gets $2.5 Million Grant

Aggie innovation can save lives! 

Cerebral aneurysm ruptures occur in 30,000 people per year in the United States, and nearly 75 percent of those patients will either die or become neurologically debilitated. Aggies are working to make that number smaller. 

A Texas A&M University-led research effort aimed at treating potentially fatal brain aneurysms by filling them with polymer foams has received a $2.5M grant.
