2012 Volunteer Leadership Workshop

Join us in College Station!
We hope you're making plans to join us June 23-24 in College Station for the Volunteer Leadership Workshop.  During the workshop we plan to provide you with a better understanding of how The Association operates as well as providing you an detailed overview of the tools available to volunteers through The Association.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to share best practices / ideas with other Association volunteers.  Finally we encourage attendees to bring laptops or Ipads with them to the sessions.

Registration Dates & Costs
Meals and Refreshments are covered by the registration fee.
Registration begins May 15 - $50 per person
Early Bird registration ends May 31, 2012 - late registration $75 per person

Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. Be sure to take advantage of the early bird registration and register before the May 31 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $25 late fee.

A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for The Association's summer volunteer workshop are listed below. Make your reservations by calling the hotel directly before the deadline.  Be sure to reference the Group name - Association Volunteer Leadership Conference to receive the group rate. Cancellation Policy

The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion or an event for which you have registered, please call the Former Student Programs office (800-392-2096) at least 72 business hours prior to the Reunion. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee.


Attire
The dress for the workshop is casual.  We want everyone to be comfortable as we get together to learn and collaborate.


Association Apparel
