Class of '65 Mini Reunion

HOWDY
The Class of ’65 will be hosting a Mini Reunion on May 4-5. It will include a tour of Kyle Field, a game watch party as your Fightin' Texas Aggies take on Florida on the baseball diamond, and will conclude with watching the Corps of Cadets conduct their Final Review on Simpson Drill Field.

Kyle Field tours are $12, and includes a walkthrough of the Hall of Champions on the West side of Kyle Field, details of the renovations, Cool Zones, view of the stadium from the top level, west side suites, field access.

The watch party will take place on the second floor of the Student Rec Center which overlooks Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. Attendees will have the option of watching the game on the big screen with air conditioning, or from the balcony where you can watch the action live. The cost for the game watch party is $45 per person which includes facility rental, a catered fajita dinner, and a cash bar to enjoy libations during the game.

The Class of ’65 will then head over to Simpson Drill and witness the passing of the torch from the Class of ’18 to the rising seniors of the Class of ’19, at Final Review. Please bring your own chairs if desired, as there will be no seating provided. 

Get excited to see old friends, make new ones, eat lots of food, and watch together as the Aggies BTHO Florida!

REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can register online by clicking the link at the top of the page. If you have any questions, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at (800) 633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion. Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the April 25 deadline. All registrations received after this deadline are subject to availability, and will incur a $10 late fee until April 30 when registrations will no longer be taken.

While the campus of Texas A&M may have changed a lot from when you were a student here, the Spirit of Aggieland remains the same. Click here for a current map of the Texas A&M campus. The map displays all current buildings on campus, and has a search bar where you can find where a particular building is locate

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Limited parking is available at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center for walk-up registration and check-in. Guests can park at either Cain Garage, West Campus Garage, and Koldus Garage for the Kyle Field tour, game watch party at the Student Rec Center, and Final Review on Saturday. The parking garages charge an hourly rate.

The Rec Center South entrance is located in parking lot 100J and is adjacent to Blue Bell Park/Olsen Field Baseball Stadium. The 12th Man Foundation secures the lot during baseball games and other athletic events. During baseball games, the lot is restricted to people with a special event permit. Guests can pay $5 per vehicle (cash only) to park in Reed Arena lot 100.

ATTIRE
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking from the garages to the various events around campus. Dress for the Game Watching Party is Aggie attire. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to College Station and pack accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800) 633-7514 no later than 12 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2018. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the April 25 deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
