A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for the Class of '92 25 Year Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the College Station Hawthorn Suites directly before July 28, 2017 at (979) 695-9500 ext. 3. Be sure to reference the Group Name: Class of '92 to receive the rate of $169/night for two nights or $189/night for one night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at 979-260-9898 to check on hotel availability in the area. Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion Check-In Desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events. All registrations received after the August 25 deadline will incur a $10 late fee. Registration will close after September 3. Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability.

Since this Reunion takes place on a Game Day, The Association of Former Students has coordinated with the 12th Man Foundation to reserve football tickets for your Class. If you missed out on ordering a Class of '92 Reunion t-shirt, another order can be placed if there is enough interest. Please contact your Class Agents and indicate you would like to be placed on the list.
There is now a Class of ’92 Reunion t-shirt available to order! To purchase, go to this link, enter the Sale code: Y2SBR , and select your size and quantity. The deadline to order shirts is Aug. 27. Please note: the shirts will be available for pickup from the C.C. Creations office at 114 Holleman Dr. on Friday, Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., or you can arrange to have your shirt shipped to you by emailing Todd Divin at t.divin@CCCreationsUSA.com.
PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Friday Activities: Free parking is first-come, first-served at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center for the Kyle Field Tour and Midnight Yell Practice, or you can pay to park at one of the surrounding garages. There is paid parking at Northgate for those going to the Dixie Chicken.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Class Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than September 1. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the Aug. 31 deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
