A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for the Class of '87 30 Year Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the College Station Hilton directly before August 25, 2017 at (979) 693-7500. Be sure to reference the Group Code: CL8717 to receive the rate of $189 per night, plus tax. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
Friday Activities: Free visitor parking is available in the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is also available at an hourly rate in the University Center Garage on Houston Street. CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Class Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than Sept. 7. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the Sept. 7 deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
