ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the Class of '81 35 Year Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the College Station Hilton directly before ​Aug. 25 at 979-693-7500. Be sure to reference the Group Code: CLAS81 to receive the rate of $139 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at 979-260-9898 to check on hotel availability in the area. You may also go to the Bryan-College Station Accommodations website to book a room. Call and make your reservation today as many of the hotels fill up fast!

REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can register for the Reunion online, click here. If you have any questions about the events or registration, please contact the Class Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion check-in desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events. Walk-up registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the September 5 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.

 

CLASS T-SHIRT ORDER
Your Class Agents have partnered with C.C. Creations of College Station to offer shirts for your 35 Year Reunion. Do you remember the shirt pictured below from your time during school? You can now place an order for this vintage shirt by clicking here. The shirts can be picked-up at Maroon U during your Reunion weekend, located at 112 Holleman Drive, College Station, TX 77840. If you don't plan on attending the Reunion you can request to have the shirt mailed to you (for a small fee). For shipping, coordinate the arrangements with C.C. CAMPUS MAP
While the campus of Texas A&M may have changed a lot from when you were a student here, the Spirit of Aggieland remains the same. Click here for a current map of the Texas A&M campus. TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is on your own. Please check with your respective hotel regarding their shuttle service.

 
PARKING
     - Friday Kyle Field Tour:  This is also Ring Day at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center so campus will be busy. You may park in West Campus Garage at an hourly rate. For more information on campus parking, please visit transport.tamu.edu.
     - Friday Class Dinner:  Lot 100 near the Agrilife Center will be available for you to park for free after 5 pm or you may park in West Campus Garage at an hourly rate.
     - Saturday: For the Game Watch Party you may park in the visitor lot of the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center for free or the Koldus University Center Garage at an hourly rate.

MENU
     - Friday Dinner:  J. Cody's BBQ brisket and sausage. Served with potato salad, corn, green beans, sauce, pickles, peppers, onions, cobbler, and iced tea.
     - Saturday Game Watch Party & Meal:  Cilantro lime beef and grilled chicken fajitas, charro beans, Spanish rice, flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, southwest Caesar salad, tortilla chips, and buñuelos. Coffee, water, and iced tea will also be available. 

 

ATTIRE
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking across campus. Dress for the Game Watching Party is Aggie attire. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to College Station and pack accordingly. 

KYLE FIELD TOUR
Don't miss this special tour! You will be able to walk through the west side of the newly renovated Kyle Field. Your Class will have the opportunity to go inside Kyle Field and see the behind the scene operations of a stadium that holds over 102,000 spectators. Highlights include: the Hall of Champions, Cool Zone, All American Club, selected club suites, and you might be able to step foot on the turf of Kyle Field depending on the field conditions. Make sure and register for this event.

 

CLASS AGENT ELECTIONS
Class Agents serve as a liaison between their Class and The Association. This is the perfect opportunity to get involved as a former student, stay connected to the university and help lead your Class in supporting A&M. Elections are held in conjunction with your Reunions, so now is your chance!  Your current Class Agents, would like to serve another term for another five years, if elected. Team consist of two to five members of your Class and serve a five-year term. As a Class Agent you will serve on The Association of Former Students’ Leadership Council, which meets twice a year. The Association of Former Students provides orientation and resources to aid you in this role. Class Agents are responsible for keeping the Class informed through Newsletters, web sites and emails, planning Class events and providing annual fund information to former students. Class Agent elections will be held at your Reunion. If you wish to serve as a Class Agent for your Class, you must contact the Class Programs staff at The Association of Former Students at Class@AggieNetwork.com or 979-845-7514 before the Reunion to get your team on the ballot. All team nominations must be received by the Reunion Registration Deadline. 

 

CENTURY CLUB DONATION
Your participation in the annual fund has a significant impact on the education experience of our students and provides the resources needed to support programs and activities for students and former students.  We appreciate that you choose to participate and support Aggies and Texas A&M.  Make a difference by donating now.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than 5 p.m. on September 9, 2015. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the September 9, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
