After securing your room reservation, you can register for the Reunion online: click here. If you have any questions about the events or registration, please contact the Class Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514.
Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion check-in desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events. Walk-up registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the Sept. 16 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.

TRANSPORTATION
-Saturday Spouses' MSC Gallery Tour: A bus will provide transportation from the Alumni Center to the MSC before the tour as well as transportation from the MSC back to the Alumni Center after the tour.
All other transportation is on your own. Please check with your respective hotel regarding their shuttle service.
PARKING
- Friday Kyle Field Tour: Please park at the Koldus Parking Garage or West Campus Garage. Both are at an hourly rate.
- Friday Class Dinner: Koldus Parking Garage or west Campus Garage. Both are available at an hourly rate.
- Saturday Game Watch Party and Meal: Park for free at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.
- Sunday Farewell Breakfast: Park for free behind and around the Hilton.

12TH MAN KYLE FIELD TOUR
Don't miss this special tour! You will be able to walk through the west side of the newly renovated Kyle Field. Your Class will have the opportunity to go inside Kyle Field and see the behind the scene operations of a stadium that holds over 102,000 spectators. Highlights include: the Hall of Champions, Cool Zone, All American Club, selected club suites, and you might be able to step foot on the turf of Kyle Field depending on the field conditions. Make sure to register for this event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Class Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than 5 p.m. on Sept 23, 2016. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of the registration fee. Registration changes after the Sept 23 deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
