HOWDY
Wow, time really flies. It has been awhile since we have been together. A lot of things are happening or have already happened in Aggieland. New buildings are popping up almost monthly. Those of you that have not been back for two or three years would not recognize the place. Three areas that are really booming right now are increased research, athletics, and our facilities.
With all that being said, we are planning a Mini Reunion May 5-6 in Aggieland. Plans are being made for a dinner Thursday evening (May 5) in the Sam Houston Sanders Corps Center preceded by a self-guided tour of the new Quad and Buzbee Leadership Learning Center.
The next morning (Friday, May 6) we are planning a tour of the School of Veterinary Medicine. Meetup location for the tour will be announced closer to the date of the Reunion. That afternoon we have a planned tour of Kyle Field and the football facilities. Later that afternoon, we plan to get together at the MSC for an early buffet dinner and then the opportunity to attend an Aggie baseball game in Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park playing Vanderbilt.
Classmates, we ask your assistance on three tasks: (1) If you have an Aggie buddy that is NOT on the internet please ensure he receives a paper copy of the registration form, Please forward it to him. (2) Please check the Outfit / Dorm Coordinator’s list by typing tx.ag/63outfitcoodinator into your Internet browser for accuracy and inform us of any changes, and (3) REGISTER FOR THE MINI-REUNION.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Aggieland! Gig ’em!
Thanks and Gig ’em,
