ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the Class of ’​​53 Fall 2016 Mini Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the ​Bryan Fairfield Inn directly before ​September ​1 at 979-268-1552. Be sure to reference the Group ​Name: Class of 1953 to receive the rate of $119 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at 979-260-9898 to check on hotel availability in the area. You may also go to the Bryan-College Station Accommodations website to book a room. Call and make your reservation today as many of the hotels fill up fast!

REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can register for the Reunion online, click here. If you have any questions about the events or registration, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion check-in desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events. Walk-up registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the September 16 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.

 

CAMPUS MAP
While the campus of Texas A&M may have changed a lot from when you were a student here, the Spirit of Aggieland remains the same. Click here for a current map of the Texas A&M campus. The map displays all current buildings on campus, and has a search bar ​so you can find any particular building.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is on your own. Please check with your respective hotel regarding their shuttle service.

 
PARKING
Friday Class Dinner:  The event is in the Sanders Corps Center, so the Koldus Parking Garage will be the ​nearest available parking at an hourly rate. The Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center visitor lot is free but it is a 10-minute walk.

MENU
- Friday Dinner:  Slow Cooked Sliced Roast Beef, Creamy Tuscan Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Medley, Fresh Green Salad, Homemade Yeast Rolls, Tea, and Tiramisu
- Saturday Game Watch Party & Meal:  BBQ Brisket, Sausage and Chicken Thighs. Served with potato salad, corn, beans, sauce, pickles, peppers, onions, tea and cobbler

 

ATTIRE
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking across campus. Dress for the Game Watching Party is Aggie attire. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to College Station and pack accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than 5 p.m. on September 23, 2015. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the September 23, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
