Make your reservations by calling the College Station Hilton directly before ​September ​23 at 979-693-7500. Be sure to reference the Group Code: CL​51 to receive the rate of $139 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at 979-260-9898 to check on hotel availability in the area. REUNION CHECK IN & REGISTRATION
After securing your room reservation, you can register for the Reunion online, click here. If you have any questions about the events or registration, please contact the Former Student Programs office at The Association of Former Students at 800-633-7514. 

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion check-in desk, which will open at the times listed on the schedule of events. Walk-up registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission, register before the September 16 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.


CAMPUS MAP
While the campus of Texas A&M may have changed a lot from when you were a student here, the Spirit of Aggieland remains the same. Click here for a current map of the Texas A&M campus. The map displays all current buildings on campus, and has a search bar ​so you can find any particular building.


TRANSPORTATION
Friday: Transptoration is on your own. 
Saturday: Transportation will be provided via bus for attendees who have signed up for ALL morning tours AND lunch at the MSC. Please note that the bus will not return to the Hilton until after lunch. The bus will also provide transportation to the afternoon tour of Riverside/RELLIS campus.

 
PARKING
Parking for the entire weekend will be at The Hilton if you are signed up for all events. However, if you will be taking your own vehicle to any of the Saturday events, you will need to utilize visitor parking on campus. A map of visitor parking on campus can be found here
 

ATTIRE
Your Reunion is going to be a fun, casual affair. Feel free to dress comfortably as you will be walking some during the tours. Be sure to check the weather forecast before making your way to College Station and pack accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) no later than 5 p.m. on ​October 7, 2015. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the October 7, deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
