Your nametags, schedule of events and a list of Classmates who pre-registered will be waiting for you at the Reunion
Check-In desk, which will be located at each event throughout the weekend. A “Who’s Attending” link is provided at the top of this page and will be updated daily during the registration period.
Walk up registrations will be accommodated based on availability. Registering before the due date will ensure there is food and fun awaiting you at each event. All registrations received after September 13, 2013 will incur a $10 late fee.
Reunion Accommodations
A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the Class of '56 Fall Mini Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the College Station TownePlace Suites directly before September 12, 2013. Be sure to reference the Group Code: Class of 1956 Mini Reunion to receive the rate of $89 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at (979) 260-9999 to check on hotel availability in the area. You may also go to the Bryan-College Station Accommodations website to book a room at www.visitaggieland.com. Transportation to all events is on your own. Things may have changed on campus since your last visit. For parking and/or campus maps visit the Transportation Services website. You can park in the Koldus Garage on Friday evening for our Class reception at the Sanders Corps Center and on Saturday for your Class gathering at the MSC. Cancellation Policy
The Association of Former Students has a flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion or an event for which you have registered, please call the Class Programs office 800-633-7514 at least 72 business hours prior to the start of the Reunion.
