Reunion Accommodations

A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, for the Class of '02 - 10 Year Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the Hawthorn Suites directly before January 30, 2012, at 979-695-9500.Be sure to reference the Group Code: Texas A&M University Association of Former Students to receive the rate of $99 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at 979-260-9999 to check on hotel availability in the area.  You may also go to the Bryan-College Station Accommodations website to book a room. Reunion Registration & Check In

After securing your room reservation, you can print out and return the Reunion Registration Form by mail to The Association of Former Students,505 George Bush Dr., College Station, TX 77840, ATTN: Class of '02 Reunion; FAX979-845-9263; or you can register online.

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion Check-In Desk when noted on the schedule of events.

Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission,register before the February 10 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.

Reunion Block Basketball Tickets


The Association of Former Students is pleased to announce a Class block of seats for the Oklahoma State woman's basketball game during the weekend of your Reunion.The 12th Man Ticket Office is handling the ticket order process. Please contact the ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE or 979-845-2311 with any questions regarding tickets.

Reunion block tickets can be ordered now, ONLINE.

The deadline to guarantee a spot in the Class Basketball Block was December 15,2011.

If you did not order basketball tickets in the Reunion block prior to the December15 deadline, you may still order tickets, depending on ticket availability,by contacting the 12th Man Ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE. Tell them you are attending the game in conjunction with the Class of 2002 Reunion against Oklahoma State and they will work with you to get you as close to the block as possible.

Reunion Block Baseball Tickets

The Association has been informed by the 12th Man Ticket Office that baseball tickets for opening weekend are sold out. Therefore, tickets in the Class Block are no longer available.


Class Agent Elections

Class Agents serve as a liaison between their Class and The Association. This is the perfect opportunity to get involved as a former student, stay connected to the university and help lead your Class supporting A&M. Elections are held in conjunction with your Reunions, so now is your chance!

Teams consist of three to four members of your Class and serve a five-year term.As a Class Agent you will serve on The Association of Former Students’ Leadership Council, which meets twice a year. The Association of Former Students provides orientation and resources to aid you in this role. Class Agents are responsible for keeping the Class informed through newsletters, web sites and emails, planning Class events and providing annual fund information to former students.

Class Agent elections will be held after the Reunion, if needed.  The actual election will be held online to allow Classmates not in attendance the chance to vote.  Class Agent teams will be allowed to speak during the business meeting  at the Reunion.

Cancellation Policy


The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. Ifyou cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, pleasecontact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) at least 72 businesshours prior to the Reunion. Your payment will be refunded with theexception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the 72 hour deadlinecannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
