Parking is available at the Alumni Center or lots surrounding Kyle Field for the breakfast.  Parking available in West Campus Garage or Reed Arena lots for a small fee for the basketball game.
7:30 a.m.	Reunion Registration & Check-In Desk continues - Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center
8:00 a.m.	Meet Reveille! Meet and take photos with the first lady of Texas A&M - Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center

Reunion Accommodations

A block of rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for the Class of '96 - 15 Year Reunion. Make your reservations by calling the College Station Hilton directly before January 27, 2012 at 979-693-7500. Be sure to reference the Group Code: CL96 to receive the rate of $115 per night, plus tax. If you prefer to stay at another hotel in the area, please call the Accommodations Hotline at 979-260-9999 to check on hotel availability in the area.  You may also go to the Bryan-College Station Accommodations website to book a room. Hotels in close proximity to the Hilton are Hyatt Place, Hawthorne Suites, Comfort Suites and Holiday Inn Express. Call today!

Reunion Block Basketball Tickets

The Association of Former Students is pleased to announce a Class block of seats for the men's basketball game against Missouri during the weekend of your Reunion. The 12^th Man Ticket Office is handling the ticket order process. Please contact the ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE or 979-845-2311 with any questions regarding tickets.

Reunion block tickets can be ordered now, online. 

The deadline to guarantee a spot in the Class Basketball Block is December 15, 2011.

If you did not order basketball tickets in the Reunion block prior to the December 15 deadline, you may still order tickets, depending on ticket availability, by contacting the 12th Man Ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE. Tell them you are attending the game in conjunction with the Class of 1996 Reunion against Missouri and they will work with you to get you as close to the block as possible.


Reunion Registration & Check In

Your nametags, an updated schedule of events and a list of pre-registered participants will be waiting for you at the Reunion Check-In Desk when noted on the schedule of events.

Walk-up Registration will be accepted based on availability. To ensure your admission,register before the February 10 deadline. All registrations received after the deadline will incur a $10 late fee.


Class Agent Elections

Class Agents serve as a liaison between their Class and The Association. This is the perfect opportunity to get involved as a former student, stay connected to the university and help lead your Class supporting A&M. Elections are held in conjunction with your Reunions, so now is your chance!

Teams consist of three to four members of your Class and serve a five-year term.As a Class Agent you will serve on The Association of Former Students’ Leadership Council, which meets twice a year. The Association of Former Students provides orientation and resources to aid you in this role. Class Agents are responsible for keeping the Class informed through newsletters, web sites and emails, planning Class events and providing annual fund information to former students.

Class Agent elections will be held after the Reunion, if needed.  The actual election will be held online to allow Classmates not in attendance the chance to vote.  Class Agent teams will be allowed to speak during the business meeting at the Reunion.

Double Diamond - $2000-$4999

Double Platinum - $10,000 plus


Cancellation Policy

The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) at least 72 business hours prior to the Reunion. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the 72 hour deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
