The Class of ’56 will have a Mini Reunion in Fredericksburg, Texas, on Sunday, April 22, through Tuesday, April 24, 2012. The location for this Mini Reunion will be the Inn on Barons Creek in Fredericksburg. Rooms are available for $80.00 per night (plus 13% local and state taxes) with Sunday check in for both nights. If you check in on Monday, April 23, the rooms are $95.00 per night (plus tax) for Monday evening only. Call 1-866-990-0202 and mention Texas A&M Class of ’56 Group when making reservations to receive the group rate. You can look at the hotel online at http://stay@innonbaronscreek.com. The hotel is located in historic Fredericksburg in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  The deadline to make room reservations is April 2.  A Class dinner will be held on Sunday and Monday evenings.

Also, several Classmates and companions plan to arrive on Saturday, April 21. Rooms are available for $129.00 plus taxes for Saturday night and $80.00 per night (plus taxes) for Sunday and Monday evenings. The Rockbox Theater is a delightful and entertaining musical show with local performers. Shows are on Saturday, April 21, at 8 p.m. and a Sunday Matinee at 1:30 p.m. Tickets are available by calling the box office 830-997-7625 or go to www.rockboxtheater.com for reserved tickets. Those of us who plan to arrive on Saturday, April 21st and attend the Rockbox Theater  will probably try to meet Saturday for dinner prior to the show. There are several very nice restaurants in Fredericksburg.

Cancellation Policy

The Association of Former Students has a fairly flexible cancellation policy. If you cannot attend your Reunion, or an event for which you have registered, please contact the Former Student Programs office (800-633-7514) at least 72 business hours prior to the Reunion. Your payment will be refunded with the exception of a small handling fee. Registration changes after the 72 hour deadline cannot be refunded as food orders will have been guaranteed.
