Class of '48 Fall Mini Reunion

Prior to the Texas Tech game
Assuming kickoff is at 1 p.m. or later, the traditional (we’ve done it twice, haven’t we?) meal will be Buppy’s Barbecue. If anyone has special dietary needs or requests please let Sack know at bobspoede@verizon.net.
General John “Fish” Roper has also ordered a formation to “March In with the Corps.” Unless the kickoff time is 4 p.m. or later, it will be difficult for participants of the Mini Reunion to get to the game. Last year, the Corps authorities wanted participants to be in the Quad two hours before kickoff.
Hopefully, if we are able to take part, we can improvise a banner indicating these fightin’ old men marching in (or limping, or shuffling, or being wheeled in or even carried) are the CLASS of Aggieland – the Fightin’ Class of ’48!
DIRECTIONS TO BEE CREEK PARK
From the South (Coming from Houston and Navasota): Stay on Texas Highway Business 6 (Texas Avenue). Initially, follow the signs toward the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library. At the third traffic light turn left onto Southwest Parkway (there is a McDonald's on the left corner). Proceed to the next traffic light and turn left onto Anderson Street. Turn right at the first street to the parking lot for Adamson Lagoon.
From the North (Coming from the East Gate entrance of the campus): Go south past five traffic lights on Texas Avenue to Southwest Parkway (there will be a McDonald's on the right corner.) Turn right onto Southwest Parkway proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Anderson Street. Turn right at the first street to the parking lot for Adamson Lagoon.
