Immerse yourself in Northern Italy, producer of some of the world’s best food and wine, by taking part in experiences designed to reveal the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine. With romantic and historic Verona as our base, we will visit vibrant local markets, picturesque family vineyards, and other makers and producers of the surrounding regions’ specialties. Chefs, vintners, and growers will provide behind-the-scenes informative tours, hands-on culinary demonstrations, and wine tasting sessions. As we sample and learn about the flavors of Italy, we will also delve into its history, architecture, and culture amidst a stunning landscape of lakes and verdant hillsides.
