From the staging areas of the Normandy invasion to the Siegfried Line, the D-Day to the Eagle’s Nest tour will showcase the GI's view of the campaign to liberate Europe. We begin the tour with the Normandy Invasion at the Omaha and Utah Beaches as well as Pointe-du-Hoc and Longues-sur-Mer before moving inland to key action sites such as Ste-Mere-Eglise. A thorough study of the Battle of the Bulge region in Belgium and Luxembourg will follow. You will experience the GI's view of the campaign to liberate Europe as we journey through Germany on our way to our final destination, Hitler's Alpine HQ, the Eagle's Nest in Berchtesgaden.
