Aggie Ring Day

You're invited to Your Aggie Ring Day!

G. Rollie White Coliseum*
Ring Distribution is 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

*Aggie Ring Day will be held at G. Rollie White Coliseum due to
enhancement construction at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.

You will need a Ring ticket and 2 of the following to get your Aggie Ring:

• Aggie Ring Receipt
• Driver's License
• Student ID Card

Ring Tickets

• Tickets will be available on September 19, 2008 from 7:15 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. at the G. Rollie White Coliseum ticket booth.  Approximately 800-1,000 tickets are distributed by 8:00am.
• You may pick up a ticket for another person.  You will need an Aggie Ring Receipt or Student ID card for each additional ticket you pick up.  The line moves fast so please have them ready.
• There is not a charge for the ticket.

 How to get your Aggie Ring

• Ring Day begins with yell practice at the front entrance of G. Rollie White at 2:45 p.m.
• After yell practice, students with Group 1 tickets may enter G. Rollie White to receive their Fightin’ Texas Aggie Rings.
• Rings are arranged by last name and you will need to find the appropriate line. 
• You must present 2 forms of ID to receive your Aggie Ring. 
• Group numbers are called approximately every 15 minutes.
• When your group number is called, please come inside until it is time to receive your Aggie Ring.

Parking

• Parking will be available at the University Center Garage and West Campus Garage. 
• Parking will be available at Reed Arena Lot 100 for students with a valid permit.
• Garage rates can be found by clicking on one the above links. 

Pictures

Professional photographers will be available to take a free picture of you on your Aggie Ring Day! 

Your free photo will be mailed to your address. If you would like to purchase additional copies please follow the online ordering instructions below:

        1. Visit www.myphotosystems.net & click on “Enter Here” 
        2. Select “View Events”    
        3. Click “Select an Event By Category” and select “Miscellaneous” 
        4. Click on “Texas A&M” 
        5. Click on Photographer # 1 through 4

• Don't forget to bring your camera to get extra pictures of this exciting day!
• Benjamin Knox '90 prints of "The Historic Texas Aggie Ring" will be available for purchase on Aggie Ring Day for $40.
• Refreshments will be available.
