ALLISON, M.D., THOMAS H., 76, a long time member of the Dallas medical community, passed away Thursday Feburary 24, 2005 at his home in Mabank. Memorial service 3:00 PM Tuesday, March 1, 2005, Eubank Memorial Chapel, Mabank with Dr. Jerry Lewis II officiating. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Nichols Allison; daughter, Katherine Longbotham, of Mesquite; two sons, Patrick Alan and wife, Jodie of Sachse and Russell Webb and wife, Jane of Denton; step son., Nick Nichols; step daughter, Marie Nichols of Austin; four grandchildren; sister, Mary Hicks of San Antonio; nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
